How to place an order ?
When viewing any of our products, you will be able click on the "Add To Cart"
button. There will be pop-up confirmation displayed on your screen that confirms
if the item has been added to your cart.
At anytime you may view, edit or checkout your shopping cart by clicking
"View cart" or "Shopping Cart" icons.
When doing checkout, you will be offered a choice of "Paypal" checkout,
or "Credit card" checkout. Paypal will allow using your existing Paypal
account or regular credit card checkout in case you do not have Paypal account.
Both methods are extremely secure, protected by 128-bit SSL encryption machanism.

Please note - All retail orders have to be placed through our online store; we are not
able to take retail orders over the phone, email or fax.
Only for wholesale orders please contact us directly.
Please note that VIP discounts will be applied to any order AFTER the payment
has been made (for instance if customer forgets to log in to the VIP).
No exceptions. Please ensure that the appropriate discount is reflected in your shopping cart
BEFORE completing the checkout procedure.
Wholesale Orders
All prices listed on our website are for retail only.
If you have already registered with us as a wholesale customer using
"Wholesale Application Form"
there are several ways you can place your order:

Using our online shopping cart - you will need to
log in first, and proceed with adding items to your online shopping cart.
Once the quantities in your shopping cart meet the wholesale requirements,
the prices displayed in your shopping cart will automatically change to reflect
applicable wholesale prices.

Contacting us directly: you can submit your order by fax, email or phone
The most effective and convenient way to process your wholesale order is using the
online shopping cart; this method ensures that all the beads are taken directly off the
inventory for your order at the checkout point.
Items taken off the inventory are no longer available for others to purchase online.
Other methods of order submission open up a time gap between the time the order is
received and paid for, there is the possibility for low quantity items to sell out during this
time gap.
Insurance
We recommend shipping all items insured against loss
and damage. On request, any item can be shipped with 'Loss Insurance'
- extra fee in the amount of 3% of the price of the item will be charged.
If the buyer decides not to request this option, we will not be held
responsible for any items lost during shipping.
Please contact us right after placing your order if you want to upgrade
your shipping method, or get "lost" or "damage" insurance.
Please note that all pricing is in US Dollars.
Payment Methods
We gladly do accept
paypal.com, major credit cards
and wire transfers as a payment method.
Bank wire transfers are welcome for amounts that exceed US $ 100.00.

Shipping
We will ship your orders as soon as your payment is cleared, from our
Vancouver, British Columbia location. Normally, all orders are shipped
next business day after payment clears.
We ship via Canada Post or FedEx ground locally and internationally.
Please call us if you require faster delivery.
Orders in Canada, and orders under 10 lbs to overseas locations will be shipped by Canada Post.
Orders in the United States and orders over 10 lbs will be shipped by FedEx ground.
Canada Post does not provide tracking numbers.
Please contact us if you want your order to be shipped by a different service.

To ensure quick resolution, please include a note with your FULL name, your email address, and in the case of an exchange, the list of items you would like. We send and recieve many packages- without a full name and instructions, it is very difficult to process a refund, exchange, or credit. Please read over our return policy for further information
Return Policy Important - Please Read
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return you item(s) within 14 days
and receive full refund of the purchase price minus actual shipping fees.
You have to contact us before mailing your order back to us, to receive
a confirmation email regarding your refund or exchange details.
Items returned to us without prior confirmation, will not be refunded.
All sales of discounted items ARE FINAL and will not be refunded or exchanged.
'Discounted items' are items located in our 'Beads On Sale' category, and
items purchased during one of our sale events, when additional discounts
to regular pricing are applied.
We shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a credit,
ship a replacement product, exchange or we may repair the item and return
it to you.
For wholesale orders - in case of partial returns - if your order does not
qualify as "Wholesale" as a result of returning certain items (minimum wholesale
quantity not met), retail prices will be applied to the rest of the order.
Items have to be mailed to us (address above) in the original condition and packaging.
ALL products being returned must be 100% complete and must be in ORIGINAL
CONDITION/PACKAGING. A return will not be processed in the event ANY item(s) included in
the original shipment to you is not present in the original condition (e.g.
loose beads sent back instead of being stranded). Items sent for return consideration
will be immediately denied and our return policy will NOT BE HONORED in the event that
a return shipment is received by us improperly packaged, altered or physically damaged.
Actual shipping, packaging and handling fees will be deducted
(no less than 10% of the total order amount) from all refunds,
unless agreed otherwise before processing the return.
This applies to all refunds, even for items sold with 'free shipping'.
We STRONGLY recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning.
THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event the package is lost or damaged in
transit. We suggest that you use a 'traceable carrier' that can provide you
with proof of delivery. We shall not be responsible for items
returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges,
both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and is
non-refundable. At our discretion we may reimburse shipping
charges related to the EXCHANGE of products. If you have any
questions about shipping and insurance for EXCHANGES please ask
the service representative issuing your return authorization for clarification.
Please mark the package as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid customs taxes/duties.
In case of customs/duties being due on receiving returned items, such items will
not be accepted, and items will be sent back to the sender.
Safe Shopping / Website Security Gurantee
All orders and transactions involving release of personal information is encrypted using
the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology. Encryption is a process by which we use software
to scramble your credit card number and personal information so that they're unreadable by
anyone but the credit card merchant. Your credit card information is used only to process your
payment, and it will not be stored nor used by austinhamilton.ca after your payment
is processed. There will be no human being seeing your credit card number.
We are so confident in this security systems that we
can provide our Website Security Guarantee will provide coverage against unauthorized charges
on your credit card. In the unlikely event that your credit card company holds you liable for
any unauthorized charges to your account resulting from your online purchases at austinhamilton.ca,
we will cover your liability up to $50.
In the highly unlikely event that you discover unauthorized charges on your credit card within
60 days of your purchase on our website, here's how you can redeem your claim:
Promptly contact your credit card company and report the unauthorized charges. You should ask
to speak to a representative of the company's fraud department. They can inform you of the
company's fraud claim process and determine whether or not to charge you a personal liability
fee (normally $50).
If your credit card company: (a) determines that the charges were fraudulent charges resulting
from your online purchase at austinhamilton.ca, and (b) holds you liable for any of the unauthorized
charges,
contact us immediately.
In order to help you, we will need the following information:
- Your name
- Daytime phone number
- Billing address
- A copy of the credit card statement in question (please circle fraud charges)
- Proof of your credit card company's fraud determination and liability fee
- A description of the incident
Limitations of Liability
Austin Hamilton Inc. strives to best describe their products as
accurately as possible; however temporary typo's or errors on print
and the web publishing process might occur; if the consumer is unsatisfied
as a result of temporary description error, refunds and exchanges will be offered.
All statements and descriptions regarding any item offered for sale by Austin Hamilton Inc.
in any catalogue, on Austin Hamilton's website, or in any bill of sale, invoice or
elsewhere as to authorship, source, origin, measurement or condition are qualified statements
and shall not be deemed to be representations or warranties.
If Austin Hamilton Inc. is prevented by fire, theft or any other reason whatsoever from
delivery of any property to the buyer, Austin Hamilton's liability shall be limited to refunding
the sum actually paid by the Buyer.
Do you have a Catalog?
While we are working on a print catalog, we do not have any that we can currently mail out. Our website is laid out in a catalog style, with categories of items for you to browse through. Prices, pictures and descriptions are all available to be viewed online, so you can still check out our full range of products! As our print date draws nearer, we will have a mailing list available.
